Our Low Doc loans are flexible with a range of features:

pay principal and interest, or interest only for periods of 2,3,5 or 10 years
access your available redraw either online or by phone
vary all or part of your loan to a fixed rate at any time with no extra fees
have up to additional loan accounts linked to your loan with a line of credit option

Equity Low doc loans are available for:

investment and owner occupied home loans
business loans
