Give up renting and start paying off your own mortgage rather than someone else's? It means you can create your own garden, hang pictures where ever you want; paint a feature wall,  just because you feel like it.

If you have an excellent job and credit history, you may qualify for our No Deposit Finance (100%) and you won't need mortgage insurance saving you $000's.

The good bits

  • You'll own your own home - no more renting!
  • You're probably eligible for the $7,000 First Home Owner Grant  and generous stamp duty exemption, which may save you $000's.
  • If you're eligible for the grant we'll manage the paperwork for you.
  • With an Equity Home Loan you could save money on comparative fees and variable interest rates.
  • Plus you can access a whole range of flexible features like portability, redraw, overpay, offset sub-account and repayment holidays.

Stuff you need to know

  • You'll need to show us evidence of genuine savings, which is as simple as providing bank statements so we can see your savings history.
  • To be eligible for the First Home Owner Grant you must be an Australian citizen or permanent resident and you (and your spouse or partner) must not have previously owned a home in Australia.

The next steps

  • Use our online calculator to see if you qualify for a loan or call us on 4773 3244 between 8.30am and 5pm Mondays to Fridays, and 8.30am and 12 noon on Saturdays to make an appointment.
